Day 22: RIGHT Goals

Here’s an acronym to help remember some criteria for qualifying whether our goals are good to be pursued. This comes from Dr. Jeff Spencer, guest speaker on Kwik Brain.

R – Relevant. Is this goal moving me toward my highest priorities?

I – Indicators of progress. How do I know that I’m moving toward my goal?

G – Gravity. What is drawing me toward this goal?

H – Height. Is this goal lofty enough that it’s challenging?

T – Time. Is this a good time in my life to pursue this goal? Do I have enough time to actually do this? Does the timeline from inception to completion really work with my personal circumstances?
